This is my first time using watercolour pencils and also solely using colour to create a drawing. I did struggle with the pencils as I found that it was very difficult to create the bold colours I was looking for, however I think this may just be down to my inexperience using the medium. The proportions are slightly out and I did struggle with creating a smooth looking surface for the glass. I also found that the white pencils are very hard to use, and I actually had to use white watercolour paint to create the white speckles on the apple. I will definitely keep practising with this medium and also research ways to effectively use them.
